The Problem:
Switching Mobileme username caused a pesky PROPFIND error, and OmniFocus would no longer sync on the iPhone or iPad.
The Solution:
Reset the keychain with this link, then you will get a prompt for a username and password where you can use the new credentials.

Incidentally, I had the same bug with the desktop version on the Mac. Fixing this problem required removing all MobileMe certificates for the old user, by searching through Keychain Access.
